HOW LONG IS A SESSION?

ONLY water for at least an hour after the session.
For 24 hours after your teeth whitening appointment, avoid foods or liquids that are dark or staining. This includes berries, chocolate, sauces, tomatoes, red wine, coffee and dark soda.
After the first 24 hours, you’re good to go, but keep in mind your diet will have an impact on your long-term results!
For example, if you’re a daily coffee drinker, you’d want to use our home care products to maintain your results.
